By using the services of International Information Technology Company through the IPTEGY platform (iptegy.com), you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Acceptable Use
- Using our services for any illegal or unauthorized activity is strictly prohibited.
- Sending spam, unsolicited bulk emails, or abusive communications is prohibited.
- Hosting or distributing content that infringes intellectual property rights is prohibited.
- Excessive use of server resources that negatively impacts other customers is prohibited.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any service that violates these terms.
2. Billing & Payment
- Invoices are generated and sent 7 days before the service renewal date.
- Payments must be completed within 7 days of the invoice date.
- Services may be suspended if payment is not received within the allowed period.
- Suspended services and associated data may be permanently removed after 30 days unless otherwise agreed.

4. Service Availability
We strive to provide reliable and uninterrupted services. However, scheduled maintenance or unforeseen circumstances may result in temporary service interruptions without liability for indirect damages.
5. Limitation of Liability
International Information Technology Company shall not be liable for any loss of data, business interruption, or damages resulting from the use or misuse of our services. Customers are responsible for maintaining their own backups.
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any updates will be published on this page, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
7. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Cairo, Egypt.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, International Information Technology Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, business interruption, loss of data, or loss of goodwill arising from the use of our services.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the services shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the affected service during the previous one (1) month.
